Here you can see the rear gardens have been laid with top soil and will shortly be covered with grass seed.
The main road in now has a pavement and rainwater drainage and street lights.

The Large concrete square above, is a water attenuator. This "swimming pool" sized structure is to contain a flood and slowly release the water into a stream at the bottom of the hill. It is in the land at the back of the houses and is now covered over and poses no danger to dogs, cats or playing children. We had to photo it when it was open to get final council approval.
